Louisiana, aka "The Pelican State", is memorialized in this delicate little patined copper state pendant accented with a sterling silver pelican charm. The copper used in each handcut pendant hails from a New Orleans home built in the 1800s. When Hurrican Katrina damaged the home, it was set for demolition and various architectural compnents including the copper roofing flashing were salvaged. This pendant is cut from that salvaged copper. 

The pendant stands at les  an one inch tall and hangs from a 18" stering silver rolo chain.
